Disrupting Philanthropy: How to Design Your Personal Impact Strategy in a Wild World

Rosalyn Menon Kennedy has twenty years of corporate communications, social impact and journalism experience at some of the most well-known and beloved brands in the world. She is a two-time National Emmy Winner, a Utah Business 40 Under 40 honoree and a former Miss Pennsylvania. She currently leads Communications and Partnerships for Nike’s Social & Community Impact, a team focused on driving lasting, positive change in communities around the world. Prior to Nike, she served as Vice-President of Corporate Communications at McKesson; Vice President, Executive Communications and Community Relations at Ancestry.com; led Executive Communications at Google and was a Global Director of External Communications for The Coca-Cola Company.

Rosalyn began her career as an award-winning television producer and journalist at “60 Minutes,” “The CBS Evening News,” and CNN.

She is a graduate of the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and Brown University, where she currently serves as a member of their Communications Advisory Council. She served on the boards of the Oxford Day Academy, a charter school in East Palo Alto, California, the edtech start-up MIDAS Education and the alumni board of the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation, and currently volunteers for her local PTA.

She and her husband are the proud parents of three children and live in the Portland, Oregon area, where they are steadily working towards their goal of visiting every National Park.
