Elizabeth Howell is a partner and principal at SEI, a management consulting firm focused on delivering value to customers while maintaining a culture of collaboration and excellence. Liz has invested her career helping Fortune ranked firms leverage technology and human ingenuity to enable their overall business strategy. Her experience spans multiple industries and verticals.

From launching new platforms and products, optimizing business and supply chain operations, to delivering visibility into key business insights via data integration programs; clients served have realized millions in ROI (YoY) through operational efficiencies, productivity gains, and bottom-line net revenue.

Recognized for inspiring excellence and building strong, high performing teams (global and domestic), Elizabeth’s authentic leadership approach comes to bare during times of change and transformation when trust, collaboration and engagement are acutely important.

In 2020, Elizabeth joined her CEO’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council to inform strategy, programming, and training at the firm’s national level amid a health pandemic and racial unrest. Navigating this challenge, coupled with training in D&I leadership from Cornell University, inspired a keynote address on “Authentic Leadership” she has delivered to multiple audiences.

Liz coaches and mentors within service organizations like nSoro Fostering Futures, the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation, and as president of the Georgia Tech Women’s Alumnae Network.

At the heart of Elizabeth’s purpose rests her husband and young children, Taylor and Ethan. She treasures time with family and friends, travelling the world, sports, and great bourbon.

Liz holds a B.S in Engineering from Spelman College, a B.S in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech, MBA in Global Business from Georgia Tech, and certificates in Lean Six Sigma and SAFE Agile.
