Caroline Tsay is CEO of Compute Software, a venture-backed enterprise cloud infrastructure software company. From 2013 to 2016, she was Vice President and General Manager of Software at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), where she created a new business and platform for offering enterprise software solutions – DevOps, Cybersecurity, Big Data, and App Development – to SMB, Mid-Market, and Large Enterprise customers. Prior to HPE, Caroline held six years of executive roles at Yahoo!. As Senior Director of Search and E-Commerce, which included Yahoo! Autos, Shopping, Travel, and Homes, she launched consumer internet innovations that drove 500 million daily visits and $3.5 billion in revenue. Before Yahoo!, she spent three years at IBM Global Services developing supply chain, order management, customer service, and channel marketing solutions for clients in the high-tech, travel insurance, retail, and medical device industries. Caroline is a board member of The Coca-Cola Company and Morningstar, and formerly served on the board of Rosetta Stone. She also serves as a Strategic Advisor to AdRoll, a late-stage venture-backed marketing technology company. She has been recognized as The National Diversity Council’s Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology and Silicon Valley Business Journal’s 40 Under 40. Caroline holds an M.S. in Management Science and Engineering and a B.S. in Computer Science, both from Stanford University.
